Ciaran has been actively involved in the area of Sport Science since 2001. The experience gained from working as a full-time Coach & Development Officer, along with playing Gaelic Football to the elite standard of the Wexford Inter-County Gaelic football team has allowed Ciaran to put into practise the knowledge gained from years of intense study of the science of sport.

Edina has been working as a Supportive Therapist in her private practice (Adventure Flow) in Dublin since 2007. She gained experience in personal development, team-building & social skills development in Hungary, Romania & Slovenia. She has been involved in sports such as gymnastics, athletics, Olympic handball & hiking from a very young age.

This interest grew into focusing on Movement & Actions of the body, along with years of trainings in Psychodrama (250hrs), Playback theatre, Soft Skills Trainings (150hrs) & Experiential Education workshops. Her approach is holistic, the body & mind connected; and that the mental and emotional condition can affect the state of the physical body, and vice versa.

Edina is a qualified Vinyasa Flow Yoga Teacher, having completed her 200 hrs training course in Dublin with Yoga guru David Curtis. She is currently working as a School Psychologist in Budapest; designing and conducting workshops for kids with behavioural and emotional difficulties, using the technique of Experiential Education to develop their social and personal skills.

Chris has been working as an Applied Sport & Performance Psychologist since 2007. His experience ranges from working with core sports Gaelic Games and rugby to working with top level jockeys, rally drivers and triathletes. In addition to this, Chris has a wide range of coaching experience in rugby, hurling and Gaelic Football, and in teaching Physical Education. A former Chief Executive of the Irish Squash Federation, Chris has set up his own consultancy, Traynor Performance Solutions, and works full-time as a Sport Psychologist.

Gavin brings a wealth of playing and coaching experience as a goalkeeper across a number of sports. He played for 4 years as a soccer semi-professional in the League of Ireland, along the way representing the Irish Universities Soccer Team at the 2003 World Student Games in South Korea. He has coached soccer to a very high level, the highlight being Goalkeeper Development Coach for the Wexford Soccer Academy. Gavin has also excelled at Gaelic Football, playing with the Wexford Senior Football Team, while showing enormous promise by coaching the Wexford U14 Football team. He believes realistic player performance achievements are obtained by striving to improve the standards of those he coaches. Gavin�s motto is �Quite simply train as you play and play as you train�.
